That is really nice that your company matches that much. My company has a safe harbor match that they match five percent of what you put into your account at the end of each year. I used to work for Dollar General, and they also match five percent of each contribution I put in. Having companies match that much really does make the employees feel appreciated. Whenever companies are looking to hire in more people, they can advertise that they match five percent. Advertising this will bring in more people wanting the position. Do you think that companies should advertise their five percent match when looking for applicants?
